| We have a holiday house at Lake Tekapo. Deborah Still was recommended to us to source fabrics and make curtains, blinds, squabs and cushions for our new home.In addition she sourced light fittings and handles for the house.
From our first contact with Deborah we were impressed with her grasp of our requirements, her ability to work within our budget and her commitment to delivering on time.
Deborah listened to our colour preferences and used her design flair to coordinate her fabric choices with our wishes. Her very apparent intimate knowledge of the various colour charts enabled her to assist us with final choice of paint colours when we could not quite put our finger on that colour we were searching for.
Overall, we have been impressed with Deborah's design flair, comprehensive knowledge of fabrics, manufacturing techniques, hardware, lighting and in particular her care in avoiding installation of design features which might contravene safety regulations or council by-laws (this is an issue in particular with lighting choices). At all stages she consulted us over costing's and worked to meet our budget rather than 'talk it up'.
We have no hesitation in recommending Deborah. We found her easy to work with and are delighted with the results of her efforts.
