Waimate Retro

I really enjoyed working on this project.

My brief was to redesign this 1950's house in Waimate, retaining it's best features and combining the old with the new.

 We retained the existing features like the wallpaper inside the kitchen cupboards, and the bathroom dado that give the house its individual style and quality.

The laundry and kitchen were modernised while still keeping the retro features. The bedrooms and living spaces have features of colour and pattern to add vibrancy to the rooms.

All the tradespeople went over and above to make this job come together in a timely fashion.
