This client had used my services in the past and I was the first person she contacted when she was designing this new lodge in Omarama.
Ann had lots of her own ideas that I was happy to “flesh out”.
The design was a merino high-country farm, we wanted to incorporate the merino wool theme, from the blade shears as door handles, recycled timber and real stone feature walls, to the wool bale stencils used to name the rooms of this lodge.
Ann has a wonderful collection of art, which has been displayed widely throughout the lodge and hallway with spot lighting to enhance it.
Each room has its own individual bedding and bed head to encourage each guest to feel unique and special.
