Retro in Oamaru

I really enjoyed restoring this beautiful  Oamaru  home to its former glory, while still staying sensitive to the original style of the home.

These clients trusted me to lovingly restore this Art Deco home, by keeping its redeeming features and modernising the bathroom, laundry, and kitchen.

We kept the beautiful wooden floors, and  art deco fireplaces but, installed a new kitchen with a cararra marble splash back and new appliances.

The scullery has open shelving, butlers sink with the Carrara marble splash back.

My clients love shopping in antique store, so this made styling the rooms lots of fun!

I used William Morris wallpapers as features above both the chimney breasts.
